Who I am
My name is Vikki Ellis. I run The Baking Business Hub, a digital products and VA services business based in Horsham, West Sussex, UK. You can contact me at hello@bakingbusinesshub.com.

When you sign up to receive a free guide or purchase a product, I collect your email address and your name if you provide it.

How I use your information
I use your email address to deliver the product or guide you signed up for, and to send you occasional emails about new products, resources and updates from The Baking Business Hub. I will never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can also contact me at hello@bakingbusinesshub.com to request that your data is deleted.

Third party services
I use Systeme.io to manage my email list, landing pages and checkout. I use Stripe to process payments securely. Both are GDPR compliant.

Meta

I use ManyChat to automate replies to Instagram comments, and Instagram (owned by Meta) as the platform through which this interaction happens. Both have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
